INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS - COVID-19

We are extending the deadline for product returns, which you can return within 2 months of your purchase.All security measures are taken within our warehouse to provide you with quality service in accordance with government measures and the values of our brand.Our customer service remains at your disposal if you have any questions, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can contact us at service.clients@kappa.com.

Return cost
The returns cost is at the customers expense & we advise to use a tracked service retaining a proof of postage.

Return procedure
1) Make sure that the item is in its original packaging with labels still attached.
2) In a package, insert the items adequately protected, with the delivery slip initially received and the return slip completed.
3) Your return must be sent to the following address:

4) After the inspection of the condition of the product, we are committed to refund or exchange the item within 14 days after receiving your return.

Any item that is incomplete, showing signs of use, spoiled, or with damaged packaging, shall not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchange
Exchanges are only availble on items ordered with a size issue. For a new item (colour, design, etc.), please follow refund procedure, then, place a new purchase.
