INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS - BREXIT
Following the Brexit transition, we would like to inform our clients, that customs duties will apply on orders over £135 VAT included. Please be aware that any additional duties will need to be covered by the receiver before or on receipt of your order. Currently the duties are an additional 12% of the price including tax for textiles, 20% for footwear and 8% for accessories. Customs formalities might be also requested. Unfortunately Kappa cannot be held responsible for these additional costs related to Brexit, but our aim is to update any changes as soon as we receive further information from the UK Government.

Faced with the current situation, here are the actions that we are implementing to keep our online store open while guaranteeing the health of our customers and our teams, throughout the duration of the crisis.
The delivery companies with whom we work regularly have adapted their procedures and delivery times. As a result, our delivery times are affected and can be extended by a few days.
We are also extending the deadline for product returns, which you can return within 2 months of your purchase.

All security measures are taken within our warehouse to provide you with quality service in accordance with government measures and the values of our brand.

Orders are shipping from Monday to Friday. Orders validated after 9 :30 am are shipped the day after.
Delivery times may vary depending on products ordered, place and methods of delivery. During sales times or national holidays, delivery times can take longer.
Some geographic zones can be impacted by logistic difficulties. As a result, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
